I approach my teaching with how I live my life, by the 3 E’s: with energy, enthusiasm and empathy!

Yoga has made beautiful, unexpected, and almost effortless shifts in my life. My goal is to offer a safe, comfortable and welcoming space for students of all levels. From there, my hope is for you to bring you, everything that makes you unique and imperfectly perfect. Collectively we will move, breathe and connect. I continue to equally look forward to guiding you and practicing alongside you.

At the end of the day, who doesn’t want a home to return to, a warm welcome when you get there, and a peaceful space to lay your head down? If only everyone knew this was the process of yoga. The only difference being your body is the home, your mind is what welcomes you, and peaceful rest is your daily work.

Slowing down, taking notice and making connections are the foundations of a healthy practice as well as a happy and wholesome life. I look forward to sharing the practice of movement and breath that yoga brings us while connecting with the White Buffalo community!
