Ultimately, this is a guided vinyasa. A creative, energetic, mixed-level flow class that integrates the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing and a steady breath. This class will keep you intrigued, enlivened and, ultimately, chilled out. Modifications are offered throughout to make this challenging class accessible to students already familiar with yoga basics.

Yoga is magic, it helps virtually everything! Through the lightest and darkest trials of life, yoga has single handedly been the most powerful tool for my personal growth and healing journey. Come shed layers and re-discover what it means to feel beautifully, authentically alive and worthy in your own skin. It is my greatest joy and honor to hold space for people!

My why behind teaching is simple: To support others. I come to my mat to heal from the inside out and I love holding space for others to do the same as they embark on their own journey inward.

Yoga has made beautiful, unexpected, and almost effortless shifts in my life. My goal is to offer a safe, comfortable and welcoming space for students of all levels. From there, my hope is for you to bring you, everything that makes you unique and imperfectly perfect. Collectively we will move, breathe and connect. I continue to equally look forward to guiding you and practicing alongside you.
