White Buffalo

This class is designed as a gateway to vinyasa. It will be taught as a vinyasa class, but will have the repetition and structure of an Ashtanga class. Students will be able to soak in comfort and familiarity of the same flow, but experience challenge and growth every time they take a White Buffalo class.

Yoga has the ability to compliment everyone’s life, if you allow it. There is no endsight, there is no perfection. Yoga is a beautiful reminder that nothing is permanent, everything is changing and evolving. I’m equally excited to teach as well as practice next to all of you.

Practicing yoga is relaxation in the purest form. Our breath that flows through the body is full of possibilities and each posture is pack loaded with benefits. I hope to practice next to you, breathe with you or guide you soon!
