White Buffalo

This class is designed as a gateway to vinyasa. It will be taught as a vinyasa class, but will have the repetition and structure of an Ashtanga class. Students will be able to soak in comfort and familiarity of the same flow, but experience challenge and growth every time they take a White Buffalo class.

Yoga has made beautiful, unexpected, and almost effortless shifts in my life. My goal is to offer a safe, comfortable and welcoming space for students of all levels. From there, my hope is for you to bring you, everything that makes you unique and imperfectly perfect. Collectively we will move, breathe and connect. I continue to equally look forward to guiding you and practicing alongside you.

Practicing yoga is relaxation in the purest form. Our breath that flows through the body is full of possibilities and each posture is pack loaded with benefits. I hope to practice next to you, breathe with you or guide you soon!
