White Buffalo
This class is designed as a gateway to vinyasa. It will be taught as a vinyasa class, but will have the repetition and structure of an Ashtanga class. Ashtanga
A condensed version of the primary series, fit within 60 minutes. Every Ashtanga class is taught the exact same way, incorporating 26 standing, balancing and seated postures in the same sequence.
